Eileen Chan Vinyasa Flow Yoga

eileen-chan“It only took one class for me to feel at home on my mat.  My awareness was drawn to places in my being I had never connected with before.  I had always been active so I easily related to the physical aspects of yoga, but the shift occurred while I finally took a moment to slow down. To breathe. The class sparked a light.  In 2007 I graduated from the Nosara Yoga Institute in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.  Since obtaining my 200-hour certification, I have been certified as a pranassage practioner, self awakening yoga therapeutics teacher, and eventually became a 500-hour level educator. I believe that there is always room on the mat to laugh, witness, love, breathe, encourage, challenge and inquire. To just be where you need to be today. Yoga has brought joy and fulfillment into my life by allowing me to share and educate others on their journey. I teach with compassion and enthusiasm, hoping to inspire as many people to start their own journey of self-exploration. Namaste”
