Finding Your Balance with Janice Chiang.
This is a fun and challenging class where you will build strength, flexibility, and endurance in your yoga practice. Each class starts with a warm-up, and then flows through different standing and sitting posture where you will have the opportunity to balance on your hands and/or feet. Postures will be broken down into smaller steps with variations provided. You will be guided on how to enter and exit poses safely, and there will be an emphasis on alignment and breath. With a regular yoga practice, you will also gain confidence, awareness, and control of your mind, body, and breath.
