Mindfulness-based assisted self-study is the foundation of the Hakomi method and of Psoma Yoga practice. In our monthly practice meetings, we will explore a variety of experiential practices to: cultivate gentle self-awareness, bring to consciousness our automatic reaction, and explore other possibilities for responding.
These evenings would benefit anyone who has an interest in understanding themselves and others in working with present mind-body experience. It is suitable for people new to Hakomi and experienced students and practitioners of the Hakomi Method.
