Qigong is an ancient Chinese scientific study of the power of Qi in the body and the universe; and how to use this power to benefit all aspects of lives. “Qi” is a form of intelligence and life force.“Gong” means “the work of” or “the practice of.” Thus, Qigong is the practice of energy. Spring Forest Qigong is a simple and highly effective system that has been optimized for people in today’s world.
Qigong combines focused attention, energy breathing, and body movements or postures to rebalance and unblock Qi (energy) as it flows through the meridians (invisible energy channels) in the body.
THIS WORKSHOP will help you align your breath and movement accompanied by therapeutic harp music in order to experience a superior state of wellness, breathe better, calm yourself and reach a relaxed state of mind. SFQ is the first qigong form in history that has successfully integrated the Five Elements with emotions. This integration immediately brings you to the highest level to balance the body, because emotions direct the energy flow of the body. The Harp music will enhance the experience by incorporating complimenting music of the 5 Elements (Fire, water, wood, earth, metal).
