Qigong & Harp Therapy: Relax and Recharge Sunday, February 23rd from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

You will align your breath and movement accompanied by therapeutic harp music in order to experience a superior state of wellness.

THIS WORKSHOP will help you align your breath and movement accompanied by therapeutic harp music in order to experience a superior state of wellness, breathe better, calm yourself and reach a relaxed state of mind. Spring Forest Qigong is the first qigong form in history that has successfully integrated the Five Elements with emotions. This integration immediately brings you to the highest level to balance the body, because emotions direct the energy flow of the body. The harp music will enhance the experience by incorporating complimenting music of the 5 Elements (Fire, water, wood, earth, metal).
