How to claim a refund
1. Post the item back to us at Healing Connections, 10548 – 115 Street, Edmonton AB, T5H 3K6
2. We’ll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we’ve received and processed the returned item.
3. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
1. Bring the item you wish to return to our clinic during business hours (Monday – Friday, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm)
2. Exchange your purchase for another product of the same value, or
3. Receive a full refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days. (If we can, we will refund you on the spot, but that isn’t always possible.)
