Soundbath Relaxation Monday, May 13, 2019 at 7:30 PM – 9 PM

Join Sparrow and Bev for an evening of intentional sound combined with guided meditation and release techniques. Sound is an effective way to mitigate the fight-flight-freeze response and assist your body mind to relax and recover.

Bev is a therapeutic harp practitioner and Tiffany Sparrow is an accredited music therapist. Both work in medical settings and are passionate about the use of intentional music for wellbeing, health and connection.
