How do you learn to relax? Or let go? Do you know what being grounded feels like in your body? Join us in a group, guided meditation where you can develop your personal relationship to the earth and discover what the process of letting go feels like.
The meditation is 37 minutes, and the remainder of the hour is open for conversation, sharing, questions etc. All are welcome to this FREE event. Treat yourself to another tool for your health and wellness!
