Nadia Miller-Goymer is an Ayurvedic Health Counsellor and Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist Intern. Ayurveda is a holistic healing science which originated in India over 5,000 years ago, and is the sister science to yoga. The mind, body, and spirit are all considered in order to create the most optimal environment for healing to take place. Ayurveda includes but is not limited to nutrition, herbal medicine, daily routine, hygiene, and body therapies. Nadia also offers Abhyanga (Ayurvedic Massage).

Whether you are looking to clean up your lifestyle, have mild symptoms, or more serious health concerns, Ayurveda is a powerful tool in your treatment program.

  • 1 Follow-Up = $75 +GST

  • 4 Follow-Ups = $280 +GST

  • 8 Follow-Ups = $540 +GST
