Karma Series 2: Flow & Feast

Service Description

Take a night just for you. We’ll begin with a gentle yoga flow to release the day, reconnect with the body, and open the heart. After class, gather for a delicious dinner shared in good company, an evening filled with laughter, meaningful conversation, and tasty treats. To claim your spot, simply grab a $10 ticket, which you’ll receive back as a credit to use at Healing Connections. The cost of dinner will be the responsibility of each participant. Come as you are, move, eat, and enjoy an evening designed to nourish body, mind, and soul. Yoga starts at 5:00 pm followed by dinner at Brew & Bloom around 6:15 pm.
