The Release and Rebirth Retreat through Fire & Water is an invitation to honor the closing of the year and welcome the new with intention, ritual, and movement. This half-day retreat weaves the transformative energies of fire and water to support release, renewal, and reconnection. We’ll begin by connecting with the heart space through cacao, opening ourselves to what is ready to be released. Through a 13 Wishes Meditation, we will tune into the 13 wishes we are ready to let go of from 2025, preparing for the months ahead. These wishes will be offered in a sacred fire ceremony, burning away what no longer serves you and clearing space for new possibilities. Next, we’ll move into ecstatic dance, helping to shift the energy that is ready to be released and make room for our rebirth through the waters. Here, you will be gently guided into a rebirth for the year ahead, connecting deeply with the waters and gaining clarity and alignment for the months to come. We will also explore the energy of the new year through a 13-card spread, offering insight and guidance to support your journey forward. Light snacks will be provided, creating space to rest, nourish, and integrate. This is a deeply heart-centered, elemental retreat designed to close the year with intention and step into the new with clarity, grace, and renewed vitality.
