Nature is my sanctuary, where I find grounding and inspiration. When I can, I immerse myself in the healing powers of the outdoors, practicing yoga and meditation, and surrendering to the joy of singing and dancing.

As a Therapeutic Counselor, Certified Addiction Counselor, and Child and Youth Counselor, I have devoted 11 transformative years to supporting individuals in their recovery from addiction and helping young souls affected by challenging childhood experiences.
