Melissa is a Registered Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in Addiction and Mental Health. Holding a Master of Social Work with a Clinical Specialization, she integrates traditional counselling with holistic modalities to support healing of the body, mind, and spirit.

 

With a humanistic, mindfulness-based approach, Melissa helps clients explore emotions, navigate life transitions, and reconnect with their authentic selves. She has special interests in sport psychology, substance use, spirituality, and chronic illness and enjoys working with children, youth, young adults and adults.

 

In addition to counselling, Melissa is a Usui Reiki Master and trained in Shamanic Healing, Crystal Therapy, Essential Oils, and Temple Style Lomi Lomi Massage. She offers energy work as a standalone service or in combination with talk therapy, creating a unique space for deep healing and energetic alignment.
