Tiffany Sparrow (she/her) is a registered counselling therapist (RCT), music therapist (MTA), yoga teacher (ERYT 500) and musician. She specializes in helping people navigate the effects of trauma and to recover from eating disorders, addictions, chronic pain and anxiety or depression.
Tiffany identifies as a Métis person. She speaks French fluently, sings songs in many languages and has ample experience working with diverse communities,
including First Nations - Cree, Dene, Inuit - as well as other multicultural communities - newcomers from India, Africa, Philippines, South America.
Tiffany is a trauma-informed practitioner and is passionate about creating a collaborative and equanimous relationship with the people she works with.
In her spare time she loves cuddling with her cat and getting outside in the river valley.
