Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right,

we guarantee a full refund if you return it within 30 days of the sale

(provided, of course, it is in the same condition as when we sold it to you).

How to claim a refund:

By Mail

1.  Post the item back to us at Healing Connections, 10548 – 115 Street, Edmonton AB, T5H 3K6

2. We’ll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we’ve received and processed the returned item.

3. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.

In Person

1. Bring the item you wish to return to our clinic during business hours  (Monday – Friday, 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm Saturday)

2. Exchange your purchase for another product of the same value, or;

3. Receive a full refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days.                                                                (If we can, we will refund you on the spot, but that isn’t always possible.)
