Let us show you around. Upstairs is our beautiful workshop space, home to daily yoga classes and an ever-changing program of workshops and trainings. Downstairs are our therapy rooms and a retail shop, stocked with therapeutic and health-enhancing products.
Come in and check us out. We’re located downtown, just north of Oliver Square. There’s free parking right outside.
