Soul Connections: Heart-Led Activation

Join Brittany Jean-Kathleen, aka The Real Mystic for a heart-centered evening of grounding, release, and intentional alignment as we begin the Year of the Horse… a time of forward motion, freedom, and embodied momentum. This intimate workshop will be held in a cozy, loving space designed to support deep presence and nervous system regulation. So bring your favourite blanket, journal and warm fuzzy socks. We will begin in circle to help everyone arrive fully in the moment, followed by a brief introduction to The Real Mystic and Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT), a modality used to identify and clear energetic blocks being held in the field, the body, the subconscious, the consciousness and the soul. Participants will then be guided through a heart-opening cacao experience, supported by Amber McCalmon on the sound bowls, before being invited inward to connect with anything that may be holding them back from stepping into their fullest expression or intentions for the year ahead. A guided SRT clearing will follow, accompanied by sound bowls to support in release, alignment and integration. The evening will close with additional sound healing and a short sharing circle to anchor insights and takeaways. You are welcome to sit or lie down throughout the experience— this space is about listening to your body and receiving the beautiful energy clearing and heart activations and realignment moving into the year of the horse.
