Walking With Spirit: My Calling, My Channel, My Work

Connection to Spirit is the foundation of everything I do. It is not something I turn on for a session—it is a relationship I live in, listen to, and devote myself to daily.

My name is Brittany Jean-Kathleen, also known as The Real Mystic. I am an intuitive healer, soul guide, walking this path not just as a practitioner—but as a woman who has risen, burned, and risen again. 

I am a single mama to four incredible humans, and I am endlessly proud of them. Motherhood has been one of my greatest teachers—deepening my capacity for presence, devotion, and compassion. My life is fueled by a deep thirst for travel, adventure, meaningful connection, and expansion, which shows up not only in how I live, but in how I serve.

Alongside my one-on-one work, I have a deep passion for creating and facilitating courses, workshops, local and international retreats, and working within women’s festivals and community spaces. These containers allow healing and remembrance to ripple outward—bringing women together in shared experience, connection, and embodied transformation.

Over many years, I have devoted myself to extensive mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic work, and I continue this devotion daily. This inner work is essential. Clearing my own patterns, regulating my nervous system, strengthening my discernment, and maintaining energetic integrity are part of my responsibility as a practitioner. The clearer I am, the clearer the channel becomes.

Being a channel is not just part of my work—it is my highest priority and divine calling. I truly believe this is how I am fulfilling God’s purpose for me here on earth: by listening deeply, trusting Spirit, and allowing healing and guidance to move through me in service of others.

Sacred Soul Sessions: The Heart of My Work

Sacred Soul Sessions are the foundation of my practice and the primary way my channel expresses itself. These sessions work at a soul and subconscious level, reaching far beyond the physical body and into the deeper realms where beliefs, imprints, patterns, and agreements are held.

Using Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) alongside intuitive channeling, we access your soul’s sacred records to uncover and clear subconscious beliefs, ancestral patterns, past-life influences, emotional imprints, and energetic misalignments. This work supports healing across multiple realms—often creating shifts that ripple through timelines, relationships, and lived experience.

SRT allows Spirit to work with precision and respect, guided entirely by what your soul is ready to release. This is why Sacred Soul Sessions are the core of my work—they offer the most expansive, multidimensional healing available through my channel.

Empowered Embodiment Sessions: Meeting the Body

While much healing occurs beyond the physical, the body also holds wisdom and memory. Empowered Embodiment Sessions are hands-on, intuitive energy experiences rooted in Reiki and expanded through body-based and energetic modalities. These sessions support nervous system regulation, release stored tension, and help integrate soul-level shifts into the physical body.

Sometimes, the body simply needs to be met with touch, grounding, and presence. These sessions exist to support embodiment and integration—especially when the nervous system needs extra care.

Beyond Labels and Limitations

I do not restrict sessions to rigid modalities. While Sacred Soul Sessions and SRT are my primary focus, Spirit does not move in boxes—and neither do I. Reiki, SRT, intuitive channeling, somatic awareness, ancestral work—these are tools, not limitations.

My role is not to control the session, but to remain clear, present, and devoted to following Spirit where it leads.

I am not here to fix you.

I am here to walk beside you as a clear channel—supporting your remembrance, release, and realignment.

This is my calling.

This is my devotion.

And it is an honour to hold this work.
